It was announced today that Richard Belzer, star of TV’s Law and Order, will moderate the much talked about debate on the medical use of marijuana. The announcement was made by TGI Healthworks, an international educational firm for physicians, organizers of the First Plant Medicine Expo and Healthcare Provider Conference to be held in Denver, Colorado at the Sheraton Downtown Hotel.

The highly anticipated debate, titled ‘Medical Marijuana and the Colorado Amendment: What’s Right for You?’ will be set up as strictly question and answer.  As a moderator, Richard Belzer, who is also a writer, stand-up comedian, and cancer survivor, will be asking questions to each debater and will be given a specific time in giving their answers.

The ‘Medical Marijuana and the Colorado Amendment: What’s Right for You?’ controversial debate will be held on Saturday, September 25th at 4:30 pm with the top debaters announced this week.

As the first and only educational conference to give individuals and their families who deal with chronic medical conditions comprehensive and objective information on marijuana, the Plant Medicine Expo & Healthcare Provider Conference will also serve as a professional forum.  Attendees would include the best companies and thought leaders who will be discussing the advantages and disadvantages of the medical use of marijuana.

Physicians, nurses, scientists, caregivers, and other members of the healthcare system as well as all other individuals are encouraged to join the two-day event.  The conference will also be featuring on the 25th and 26th of September top experts and policy makers, known celebrities and more.
